Sound Familiar?

New Puppy. Dream. Workday. Chaos.

You pictured a calm, cuddly companion beside your desk. Instead, you've got a tiny wrecking ball — and a growing pile of chewed cables to prove it.

💻

Biting Through Every Zoom Call

Your puppy biting your hands, ankles, and charging cable the moment you open your laptop. Every. Single. Morning.

😤

Hyper Puppy Despite Two Long Walks

You've walked them for an hour. They're still zooming. Still biting. You're exhausted and they're just getting started.

🤯

Drowning in Conflicting Advice Online

Every Reddit thread contradicts the last YouTube video. You've read more about puppy training than you did for your own degree.

😰

Worried You're Getting It Wrong

What if this behaviour is your fault? What if the window for puppy socialisation and impulse control training has already closed?

🛋️

Chewing Furniture and Everything Else

Your puppy's enrichment needs aren't being met — so they've started providing their own: via your couch, chair legs, and shoes.

🥱

No Time for Hour-Long Training Sessions

You want to do right by your puppy — but the methods you've found online assume you have a free afternoon. You don't.

Here's the truth no one told you: your puppy isn't broken, badly behaved, or a lost cause. They're cognitively under-stimulated — and the fix takes less time than a coffee break.

The Science

Mental Stimulation for Puppies Tires Them Faster Than Exercise

Every leading dog trainer — from Cesar Millan to Victoria Stilwell — agrees on one thing: a dog's brain is more powerful than its legs. When you engage it, your puppy reaches genuine calm faster than any amount of physical exercise can deliver.

Brain games for puppies activate their natural problem-solving instincts, trigger calming neurochemicals through nose work and focused thinking, and build the impulse control that stops biting, jumping, and destructive behaviour at the source.

This is the exact science behind the 10 games in your free Blueprint.

10x
more scent receptors than humans. Nose work activates your puppy's most powerful sense — and it's the #1 fastest calm-down tool.
5 min
of brain training = 30 min of physical exercise in terms of mental fatigue. Backed by veterinary behaviourists.
90%
of puppy behaviour problems — biting, chewing, hyperactivity — are linked to unmet cognitive enrichment needs, not "bad" temperament.

Questions You're Probably Thinking

My puppy is already 6 months — is it too late for this?
Not even close. Brain games and impulse control training work at every age. While the puppy socialisation window is 8–16 weeks, mental enrichment is a lifelong tool. Dogs at 6 months, 1 year, and beyond respond powerfully to these games. If anything, an older puppy can engage with more complex challenges faster.
I have a calm breed — do I still need mental stimulation?
Yes — every breed has cognitive needs, not just high-energy working dogs. Even "lazy" breeds like Basset Hounds and Bulldogs benefit enormously from nose work and puzzle feeding. Boredom-driven destructive behaviour and crate anxiety are just as common in calmer breeds as hyper ones.
How is this different from the YouTube videos I've already tried?
YouTube gives you individual clips with no context, no progression, and no structure. This Blueprint gives you a complete system — 10 games ordered by difficulty, a daily schedule that fits around real work, and the "why" behind each game so you're not just following instructions blindly. It also draws from Cesar Millan, Zak George, Victoria Stilwell, Ian Dunbar, and Mike Ritland — synthesised in one place.
Do I need to buy special equipment?
Games 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 require nothing beyond treats and a mat. A frozen Kong and a snuffle mat (Games 2 and 1) are inexpensive one-time purchases — under $30 combined. Puzzle feeders (Game 6) are optional and can be built from egg cartons and muffin tins at zero cost.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
Completely free — no credit card, no trial, no hidden cost. You'll receive the Blueprint PDF instantly, followed by a short email series with additional puppy training tips. If you find the content valuable and want a full structured program, we'll share one we trust — but that's entirely your choice, with no pressure.
